Enrollment in personal training or coaching services requires a signed liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement prior to the first session. These Terms of Service do not replace that waiver.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be resolved under Florida law.
